Having established the principle of residential use on the site via a "Class Q" approval for conversion of an existing agricultural building, the Client was seeking to use the approval as a fallback position to create a new dwelling. The high quality images of the proposed new dwelling helped to demonstrate betterment over the approved conversion scheme, and planning permission was given despite the countryside location.
